Gymnasts and Circus Training
Written by Gina on August 25, 2008Since WorldWideActs has joined back up with its Circus past we find that Circus and gymnastics is a very good fit. Gymnasts with their agility and fearless nature is a natural fit for teaching Aerial Arts. I would like to welcome Monarch Gymnastics to WorldWideacts new circus programs and opening up the door to a desired program for the world of Cirque. Future cirque performers can learn what this art is all about at Los angeles school of Gymnastics, Circus Arts and now West Valley location, Monarch gym.
Freak Shows
Written by Gina on August 23, 2008- Today WorldWideacts learned something new. I write about circus not being part of a Carnival because Circus performers are very well trained athletes, yet the people that do very dangerous feats like laying on a bed of nails or walking on swords…this is real this is dangerous this is difficult. Just as it takes years of practice to fly through the air and learn tricks, the same is for these very scary freak show artists. I want to thank Thomas at freak show delux for a wonderful education about this amazing art.
Circus kids
Written by Gina on August 20, 2008Teaching kids about Circus proves to be a world kids look to in awe. Like entering a movie or different type of videogame. Kids love to fly and have the thrill of being like a bird or superman, Flying..how fantastic is this. Children under the age of ten do not know what this unusual athletic form is all about, yet they are natural talents. Kids are strong and fearlessat this age and an absolute joy to teach. Have your kid run away with the Circus right here in Los Angeles, they will never forget this amazing class!
